Introduction to the STG Token
STG is the native governance token of the Stargate Finance protocol. Stargate Finance is a decentralized cross-chain bridge protocol built on LayerZero, with the core objective of simplifying the process for users to transfer assets between different blockchain networks. It allows users to transfer assets across chains in a single transaction, eliminating the need for multiple steps and thereby improving the efficiency and convenience of cross-chain transactions. STG token holders can participate in protocol governance through staking and have the opportunity to earn rewards generated by the protocol.
How to Buy and Sell STG?

There are several main ways to trade STG tokens:
- Buying/Selling via Centralized Exchanges (CEX): This is the most common method. Users need to register an account and complete identity verification on a centralized exchange that supports STG (such as Binance, Kraken, KuCoin, Gate.io, HTX, etc.).Afterward, they can deposit funds via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or stablecoins (such as USDT or USDC). On the spot market, locate the STG trading pair (e.g., STG/USDT), then select a market order or limit order to buy or sell.
- Trading via Decentralized Exchanges (DEXs): STG can also be traded on decentralized exchanges such as Uniswap and PancakeSwap. Users need a non-custodial wallet (such as MetaMask) and must add STG to their wallet. After connecting the wallet to the DEX, users can exchange STG for other cryptocurrencies.
- Purchasing through direct purchase services: Some platforms offer services to purchase STG directly using a debit or credit card, or provide direct exchange services for STG and other cryptocurrencies, typically without the need to create an account.
