Introduction to the TokenPocket Wallet and Overview of the BNB Chain
TokenPocket is a non-custodial, multi-chain decentralized wallet founded in 2018. As of July 2026, it has served over 35 million users in more than 200 countries and regions worldwide. It supports multiple mainstream blockchain networks, including BNB Chain (BSC), Ethereum, TRON, and Polygon, serving as a key gateway for users to access the Web3 ecosystem.
The TokenPocket wallet offers a wealth of features, including a built-in DApp browser, cross-chain swaps, hardware wallet support, and a multilingual interface. In terms of security, it employs mechanisms such as local encrypted storage of private keys, support for mnemonic phrases/private key import, passphrases, multi-signature wallets, AA wallets, authorization detectors, and token verification mechanisms to ensure the security of user assets. Additionally, TokenPocket integrates MEV (Maximum Extractable Value) protection to safeguard user transactions against front-running and sandwich attacks.

BNB Chain (formerly the Binance Smart Chain, BSC) is one of the primary blockchain networks on which the BNB token operates, known for its efficiency and low transaction fees. As the native token on BNB Chain, BNB is primarily used to pay network transaction fees (miner fees) and supports the BEP-20 token standard and various decentralized applications(DApps). BNB Chain is continuously evolving and plans to launch a new Layer-1 architecture to support AI agents and high-frequency trading, with the goal of doubling throughput in the second half of 2026.
How to Add BNB in TokenPocket
To add BNB assets to your TokenPocket wallet, first ensure that you have created or imported a BNB Chain (BSC) wallet.
- Create or Import a Wallet: If you are a new user, follow TokenPocket’s instructions to create a new wallet, and be sure to back up your mnemonic phrase securely. If you already have a wallet, you can choose to import your existing wallet.
- Select the BNB Chain network: On the wallet’s main screen, you can usually switch networks via the top menu or sidebar. Make sure you’ve selected the “BNB Smart Chain (BSC)” network.
- Get Your BNB Receiving Address: In the BNB Chain wallet interface, locate your BNB assets. Tap the “Receive” button, and you’ll see a BNB receiving address starting with “0x” along with a corresponding QR code. This address is your unique identifier for receiving BNB.
- Copy the address: Copy this receiving address. You can provide it to the sender or paste it when withdrawing BNB from other platforms (such as exchanges).

How to Send BNB in TokenPocket
Sending BNB to another address is intuitive and convenient.
- Go to the BNB Assets page: On the TokenPocket wallet’s main screen, make sure the BNB Chain network is selected, then tap your BNB assets.
- Select “Send” or “Transfer”: Once on the BNB asset details page, tap the “Send” or “Transfer” button.
- Enter the recipient’s address and amount: In the designated fields, accurately enter the recipient’s BNB Chain (BEP-20) address and the amount of BNB you wish to send. Be sure to double-check the address to avoid losing funds due to input errors.
- Confirm the network and fees: The system will automatically display the miner fee required for this transaction (paid in BNB). Please confirm that the network is set to BNB Smart Chain (BSC).
- Confirm the transaction: After verifying that all information is correct, click “Confirm” or “Next,” then enter your wallet password or use fingerprint/face recognition to authorize the transaction.
- Wait for the Transaction to Complete: Once the transaction is submitted, you can view its status in your wallet’s transaction history. The BNB Chain typically processes transactions quickly, and the transaction will be confirmed shortly.
Security Tips and Precautions

- Back up your mnemonic phrase: When creating a wallet, be sure to back up your mnemonic phrase or private key offline and store it in a secure location. Never take a screenshot, photograph, or share it with anyone.
- Verify the recipient’s address and network: Before making any transfer, be sure to carefully verify every character of the recipient’s address and confirm that the selected network matches the network type of the recipient’s address (e.g., a BEP-20 address on the BNB Chain). Selecting the wrong network may result in the permanent loss of your funds.
- Test with a Small Amount: When sending funds to an unfamiliar address for the first time or making a large transfer, it is recommended to first send a small test amount to verify everything is correct before proceeding with the larger transfer.
- Allocate Miner Fees: Ensure you have sufficient BNB in your wallet to cover the miner fees required for the transaction. If your balance is insufficient, the transaction will fail.
- Beware of Phishing and Scams: Be sure to download the TokenPocket app only from official channels, and be wary of any links or messages asking you to provide your mnemonic phrase or private key.
