DALI Token: An Analysis of Two Different Projects
In the cryptocurrency space, it is not uncommon for token names to overlap. Currently, there are at least two distinct cryptocurrency projects using “DALI” as their token name, each with its own characteristics in terms of blockchain platform, core functionality, and market performance. Understanding these differences is crucial for investors and users.

1. DALI (DeFi Project)
The first DALI project is a decentralized finance (DeFi) protocol designed to facilitate the creation and trading of digital assets, as well as financial activities such as lending, borrowing, and yield farming.

- Positioning and Launch: The project was launched in 2021; its mainnet went live in September 2021, and the initial tokens were distributed via a fair launch model in October 2021.
- Blockchain Platform: DALI runs on the Ethereum blockchain, utilizing smart contracts to ensure the transparency and security of transactions.
- Token Use Cases: The DALI token serves multiple purposes within the ecosystem, including governance (holders can vote on platform proposals), paying transaction fees, and earning staking rewards.
- Historical Progress: The project had planned an upgrade in the first half of 2024 to improve user experience and transaction efficiency, and sought to establish strategic partnerships with leading blockchain platforms to expand its ecosystem and market influence. Additionally, a community governance vote was scheduled for the second quarter of 2024.
- Market Performance: As of this writing, public market data for this project is very limited. Some data indicates that its all-time high was $0.000000 on April 3, 2022, and its 24-hour trading volume is extremely low or even zero, which may suggest very low market activity or incomplete data tracking.
2. Dali (NFT Marketplace Project)
The second DALI project focuses on the non-fungible token (NFT) space, aiming to build a next-generation NFT marketplace that empowers creators and revolutionizes the art market through initiatives such as DaliMetaverse, DaliNFT, and DaliGames.

- Positioning and Launch: This project was also launched in 2021 with the goal of addressing the challenge traditional artists face in accessing blockchain technology by providing a user-friendly interface.
- Blockchain Platform: Dali operates as a BEP-20 token on the BNB Smart Chain (BSC).
- Token Use Cases: DALI serves as the primary payment method on the DaliNFT platform, used to cover transaction fees, pay licensing fees to creators, and stake tokens through the NFT pool to earn rewards.
- Project Features: The project incorporates Reflection and Burn mechanisms, whereby 5% of transaction fees are allocated, and a portion of the tokens is burned to manage the supply.
- Token Economics: Its total supply is 500 trillion DALI, with a maximum supply of 700 trillion DALI. However, as of this writing, multiple data sources report its circulating supply as 0, or a market capitalization that is extremely low or even 0, resulting in a low market ranking.
- Market Performance and Risks: As of July 6, 2026, the token’s price was approximately $0.0088, with a 24-hour trading volume of about $1.40K. Its all-time high reached $0.7156 (LBank data, as of July 6, 2026).Since the project team has not disclosed their identities (has not been “doxed”) and the token has low market recognition, it is currently considered a high-risk asset; investors should exercise caution.
- Where to Buy: Dali tokens can be purchased on decentralized exchanges (DEXs) such as PancakeSwap.
Summary

Both the DeFi-focused DALI and the NFT-focused Dali were launched around 2021, but their development trajectories and current market situations are starkly different. The DeFi project DALI appears to have extremely low market activity, while the NFT project Dali, although it has some trading activity, poses significant investment risks due to its anonymous team and extremely low market capitalization. Given the high volatility of the cryptocurrency market, any investment decision should be based on thorough research and risk assessment.
