Svmuu News Binance has officially announced another victory in a lawsuit related to the US Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA). A federal court in Alabama recently ruled to dismiss all charges against Binance, finding the plaintiff's complaint legally and factually deficient. The court described the complaint as a "shotgun pleading" that failed to clearly delineate the specific responsibilities of each defendant. The court also allowed the plaintiff to submit an amended complaint by April 10, 2026; otherwise, the case will be dismissed entirely. This ruling follows a prior decision by a federal court in the Southern District of New York, where 535 plaintiffs accused Binance of supporting 64 terrorist attacks. However, the court ultimately found that the plaintiffs failed to substantiate the core allegations. Binance stated that both rulings demonstrate the lack of factual and legal basis for the related accusations and emphasized that the company will continue to strengthen its compliance systems and actively respond to unfounded lawsuits.
