Tom Lee: U.S. Stocks Expected to Hit New Highs, but May Face a Bear Market Later This Year
Svmuu News Tom Lee stated in a recent CNBC interview that U.S. stocks still have short-term upward momentum, and he expects the S&P 500 to continue rising in the coming weeks. However, the U.S. stock market will enter a bear market this year, though it will first climb to new record highs before that. He believes that software stocks, the "Magnificent Seven," and crypto assets have already undergone adjustments ahead of time, with speculative bubbles having been somewhat released. Additionally, Lee pointed out that rising oil prices are actually beneficial for the U.S. economy and capital repatriation, as the U.S., as an energy exporter, will benefit from relative growth.
