However, developers believe its implementation complexity is high and could potentially impact the upgrade timeline.
Scheduled for launch in the second half of 2026, Hegota has currently confirmed FOCIL as a key feature to improve the network's censorship resistance. Developers stated that the frame transaction proposal will be marked as "considered for inclusion" rather than a mandatory component, and further evaluation of its technical complexity and implementation impact is still required.
