Empery Digital: Sold 370 Bitcoins Last Week and Released Previously Pledged 1,800 Bitcoins
Svmuu News According to a disclosure by Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin treasury company Empery Digital, the company sold 370 Bitcoins last week, generating total proceeds of approximately $24.7 million. Its current Bitcoin holdings have decreased to 2,989. Furthermore, Empery Digital announced that it has fully repaid a term loan using funds raised from a recent rights offering and proceeds from the sale of a portion of its Bitcoin. The company's balance sheet will be strengthened by the reduction in ongoing interest expenses and the release of approximately 1,800 Bitcoins that were previously held as collateral. (Businesswire)
