Svmuu News: Exodus Movement, a publicly traded Bitcoin treasury company, announced that it has filed a lawsuit in the Delaware Chancery Court against payment services company W3C Corp and its CEO, Garth Howat, demanding they fulfill the stock purchase agreement signed in November 2025 and proceed to complete the transaction.
Exodus Movement stated that it had previously classified the loan provided to W3C as "currently payable" and has exercised related security rights. It expects to obtain a court order compelling the other party to complete the closing as agreed. Previously, Exodus received approval from the UK Financial Conduct Authority on April 8, 2026, clearing a key regulatory hurdle for the acquisition. The company stated it will combine the progress of the lawsuit with the enforcement of security rights to expedite the completion of this acquisition. (Globenewswire)
