Additionally, BNB Plus announced that its board of directors has approved the initiation of an evaluation of strategic alternatives to maximize shareholder value. Potential options include transactions such as mergers, reverse mergers, asset sales, joint ventures, financing, etc. As of now, the value of its crypto treasury assets is approximately $12.2 million.
