At the same time, it will deeply implement the "Computing Power Foundation Strengthening and Challenge" action, promote the transformation and application of results and innovation empowerment, improve the construction of the computing power standard system, support forward-looking research on space computing technology, and orderly promote the development of the space computing industry.
