Svmuu News: The International Monetary Fund (IMF) released an update to its “World Economic Outlook” report on the 8th, revising down its forecast for global economic growth in 2026 by 0.1 percentage points to 3% and revising up its forecast for China’s economic growth by 0.2 percentage points to 4.6%. The report also lowered the growth forecast for advanced economies by 0.1 percentage points to 1.7% and that for emerging market and developing economies by 0.1 percentage points to 3.8%.
