Svmuu News: According to the latest Form 4 filing, Robinhood (HOOD) CEO Vlad Tenev has sold 375,000 shares of HOOD since July 6 at an average price of $116.17, realizing a total of $43.56 million.
This stock sale was previously announced on September 5, 2025, through a 10b5-1 trading plan. Tenev currently still holds 48.3 million Class B shares, valued at over $5 billion.
