In the second half of the year, Beijing will advance the comprehensive application of artificial intelligence and promote the use of technologies such as intelligent translation and simultaneous interpretation in the cultural and tourism sectors. In the second half of the year, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology will focus on the annual key tasks for building a benchmark city for the digital economy, thoroughly implement the “AI+” Action Plan, and fully unleash new momentum for the smart economy.
It will formulate policies for the token economy, focusing on key stages such as token production, distribution, and application. This will involve establishing token factories and token distribution platforms to promote innovative applications in key sectors such as industry, education, and culture and tourism. The bureau will also host the “Innovate for the Future” OPC-themed roadshow to stimulate the creativity and vitality of “super individuals” in AI applications and creation. Develop high-quality AIGC training courses tailored for OPC to unlock the value of AIGC technology. Leveraging the Open-Source Chip Research Institute and the Beijing Tongminghu Information Technology Application and Innovation Center, build an open-source and open “RISC-V+AI OS” ecosystem and establish a full-stack, autonomous technology system spanning from chip instruction sets to operating systems to intelligent agent applications.
