Dark Side of the Moon plans to launch negotiations for its final pre-IPO funding round in August, seeking a valuation of up to $50 billion by capitalizing on the market momentum generated by its latest large language model. Sources revealed that Dark Side of the Moon is expected to complete a funding round launched this summer in the coming days, with a valuation of approximately $31.5 billion. Upon completion of this round, the company will immediately begin negotiations with potential investors for a new round of financing, which could serve as its final capital injection prior to its Hong Kong IPO.
