Svmuu News: Shareholders of Satsuma Technology, a UK-based Bitcoin treasury company, have approved a plan to sell the company’s holdings of Bitcoin, return capital to investors, and delist from the London Stock Exchange. According to company filings, more than 90% of voting shareholders supported the proposal.Satsuma currently holds 668 BTC, valued at approximately $43.5 million, making it the UK’s second-largest publicly listed Bitcoin treasury company.
Previously, Satsuma had completed a £163.6 million (approximately $218 million) convertible bond financing in less than a year.Subsequently, in December of last year, the company sold 579 BTC, raising approximately 40 million pounds to repay creditors whose bonds had not been converted into shares.As of April of this year, Satsuma (ticker: SATS) had fallen more than 99% from its June 2025 high.
