KIN Token Overview
The KIN token was first launched by Kik Inc. in 2017, initially deployed as an ERC20 token on the Ethereum blockchain. Its core vision was to build an open and inclusive digital economy, incentivizing content creators and developers through the "Kin Rewards Engine (KRE)" to enable digital payments within mobile and web applications. To address the limitations of transaction speed and cost on the Ethereum network, the KIN token completed its migration to the Solana blockchain in 2020.

During its development, the KIN project also underwent significant decentralization efforts. The Kin Foundation was once responsible for managing token reserves, but to achieve more thorough decentralization, the community proposed and executed proposals including dissolving the foundation, pausing the rewards engine, and burning most of the foundation's reserves. According to public information, approximately 70% of the total KIN supply was voted to be burned to further promote its decentralization process.
KIN Token Market Status and Trading Liquidity

As of August 16, 2026, the KIN token's market performance shows extremely low trading activity. Its current price fluctuates between approximately $0.00000037 and $0.00000040. More notably, KIN's 24-hour trading volume is only between $1,700 and $2,700, indicating very limited market liquidity. The circulating supply is approximately 2.76 trillion KIN, with a market capitalization roughly between $1.02M and $1.05M.
Given its extremely low trading volume, the KIN token no longer has an active trading market. Investors considering any KIN-related operations must fully recognize its current state of depleted liquidity and be wary of potential trading risks.

Risk Warning
The KIN token currently faces extremely low trading liquidity, meaning buying and selling operations may be difficult to execute, and price volatility may be significant. Such assets are typically accompanied by higher investment risks, including but not limited to substantial price drops, inability to sell in a timely manner, and market manipulation risks. Investors are advised to conduct thorough market research and risk assessment before participating in any cryptocurrency trading, and to make decisions based on their own risk tolerance.
