Svmuu News BlackRock announced Tuesday that it will launch an ETF tracking the tech-heavy Nasdaq 100 Index, aimed at meeting investors’ growing demand to participate in the AI-driven stock market rally.Launched by the world’s largest asset manager, the “iShares Nasdaq 100 ETF” will track this flagship U.S. index and begin trading on Thursday.
Shortly before this announcement, the Nasdaq revised its inclusion criteria to accelerate the pace of adding newly listed companies, such as SpaceX, to the index.BlackRock This ETF will compete with Invesco’s Nasdaq 100 products; Invesco has long dominated this sector, and its QQQ Trust Series 1 and Nasdaq 100 ETFs are popular among investors seeking exposure to large-cap growth and technology stocks.Last month, State Street also launched a “Nasdaq” 100 ETF.
