Svmuu News: Two weeks after vetoing the proposal to extend the Security Committee’s term, ENS co-founder Nick Johnson submitted a new on-chain execution proposal to establish a new Security Committee with a term ending on July 16, 2028. The proposal is controlled by members elected under EP 6.50, and voting began on the same day. and as of this report, there have been 712,350 votes in favor, 0 votes against, and 66,730 abstentions, exceeding the quorum threshold of 1 million tokens, with a total of 779,080 votes cast. Previously, ENS co-founder Nick Johnson had vetoed the Security Committee’s reappointment with 80% of the voting power.
