Svmuu News: Qiming Venture Partners has released its “2026 Qiming Venture Partners Top 10 AI Outlook,” which forecasts trends in the artificial intelligence industry over the next 12 to 24 months across four key areas: foundational models, embodied intelligence, AI infrastructure, and AI applications. In terms of AI infrastructure, demand for AI computing power is shifting from the training phase to the inference phase, and areas such as storage, advanced manufacturing processes, and advanced packaging will continue to face structural shortages. Over the next two years, computing power reserves will become a critical strategic resource for AI companies, and competition in AI infrastructure will evolve from a focus on individual chips to system-level competition encompassing chips, interconnects, thermal management, and power supply. Over the next 12 to 24 months, the commercialization of AI applications will focus more on vertical industries and high-paying users. Applications designed to improve corporate efficiency will see the earliest surge in adoption, while, as token costs decline and interaction models innovate, blockbuster consumer AI applications are also expected to gradually emerge.
Furthermore, Qiming Venture Partners anticipates that AI-native organizations will move from concept to implementation, with some companies expected to achieve per-capita productivity gains several times higher than those of traditional organizations.
