Svmuu News: According to an announcement by the Shanghai Stock Exchange, Changxin Technology has released the preliminary results of the offline strategic allocation and the online lottery results for its initial public offering (IPO) and listing on the STAR Market, announcing that the payment and allocation process for the strategic allocation portion of this offering has been completed.All investors participating in the strategic allocation for this offering have fulfilled their commitments. The initial strategic allocation volume for this offering was 334,404.4304 million shares, accounting for 50.00% of the initial offering volume,representing approximately 43.48% of the total number of shares to be issued upon full exercise of the over-allotment option. The subscription funds committed by investors participating in the strategic allocation have been transferred in full to the bank account designated by the Company (CICC) within the stipulated timeframe.Following the strategic allocation reallocation and prior to the activation of the online-to-offline reallocation mechanism, and after the activation of the over-allotment option, the initial online offering volume is 334,900.10 million shares, accounting for approximately 55.59% of the total offering volume after the exercise of the over-allotment option and deduction of the final strategic placement volume.
The results of the online lottery showed a total of 7,702,207 winning numbers; each winning number was eligible to subscribe for only 500 shares of Changxin Technology A-shares.All 10,907 validly quoted allocation objects managed by 285 offline investors submitted their offline subscriptions in accordance with the requirements of the “Issuance Announcement.” The total valid offline subscription volume was 123,822,210 million shares,of which Class A investors submitted valid subscriptions totaling 107,837,530 million shares, accounting for 87.09% of the total valid offline subscription volume;Class B investors submitted valid subscriptions totaling 15,984,680 million shares, accounting for 12.91% of the total valid offline subscription volume.
