Svmuu News: Samsung Electronics is expanding its collaboration with NVIDIA in the NAND flash memory sector, further deepening their memory chip supply relationship on top of their existing partnerships in DRAM, High Bandwidth Memory (HBM), and wafer foundry services.According to reports, Samsung has begun mass production of its 10th-generation V-NAND (V10) and is supplying it to NVIDIA. At the same time, the company is expanding production capacity for its 9th-generation V-NAND (V9) and advancing the development of its 11th-generation 500-layer V-NAND (V11).It is reported that Samsung currently has a monthly production capacity of over 100,000 V-NAND wafers, with approximately 60% of that capacity allocated to V9 products.
