Iran stated it will not allow the United States to dictate the timing or duration of any conflict, asserting its right to respond whenever its interests require. Tehran also reiterated that the Strait of Hormuz remains closed and emphasized that its ongoing discussions with Oman are bilateral, unrelated to Washington.
