According to insider revelations, reporters conducted inquiries on multiple online platforms and quickly found services named GEO. Service providers on these platforms claim that users only need to pay a corresponding fee to have their products listed in major mainstream AI large models; to make their product advertisements become the "standard answers" provided by AI models. The popularity of GEO services has spawned numerous companies and platforms specializing in content distribution. They undertake various content distribution tasks long-term to facilitate AI large models' citation and crawling, becoming a crucial link in hunting AI large models and conducting data "poisoning." Svmuu News Wintermute CEO Evgeny Gaevoy posted on the X platform, stating that more people in the market are skeptical or taking a wait-and-see approach towards the actions of the Ethereum Foundation (EF), rather than celebrating them. However, he believes this is a sign of the times—most people find it difficult to spend time delving into official declarations or mission documents. He pointed out that EF is currently the only player with both resources and network effects capable of not only upholding the cyberpunk ethos but also potentially truly achieving this goal. In the short term, this may not directly drive up the price of Ethereum, but in the long run, if EF successfully achieves its self-defined goals, rather than being co-opted by traditional finance, it could have a positive impact.
Evgeny Gaevoy emphasized that what matters is driving this grand attempt, not just focusing on financial applications. He personally chooses to continue holding ETH, more out of cultural identification and community atmosphere than for investment returns. He acknowledges this is a "long-term, high-risk bet" but still believes this culture is much healthier than other "cults."

Svmuu News DeFi researcher Ingas posted on the X platform stating that BlackRock's newly launched staking Ethereum exchange-traded fund, ETHB, attracted approximately $46 million in inflows within just two days of its listing. The reason for launching a separate staking Ethereum ETF, rather than adding the staking feature to the existing Ethereum exchange-traded fund ETHA, is that staking increases the risk of punitive impairment, which some investors wish to avoid. It is reported that the fund holds spot ETH and stakes 70%-95% of its ETH through Coinbase. Investors can receive approximately 82% of the staking rewards in cash monthly, with no compounding within the fund. This design may attract "whale" investors seeking to live off the yield. The remaining 18% of the rewards are retained by BlackRock and Coinbase.

Svmuu News: An Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) military spokesperson stated that military operations targeting Iran will continue for at least three more weeks, with thousands of targets still pending. IDF spokesperson Defrin said: "We have thousands of targets ahead of us. We are prepared and coordinating with our American allies. The operational plan extends at least until the Jewish holiday of Passover (approximately three weeks from now). Beyond that, we have a more in-depth plan lasting over three additional weeks." Defrin stated that the IDF does not operate according to a timetable but rather to achieve its objectives. He added that Israel's goal is to "significantly weaken the Iranian regime." (Jin10)

Svmuu News: Cryptocurrency payment service provider MoonPay has announced the introduction of native hardware signature support for its AI agent tool, MoonPay Agents. Under the new architecture, the AI agent can execute trading strategies across multiple mainstream blockchains such as Ethereum and Solana. However, all transactions still require user confirmation via a Ledger device. When the agent identifies cross-chain yield opportunities, it can request the user's signature to bridge USDC from Ethereum to other networks to complete the operation, while the private keys never leave the hardware signing device. Svmuu News In response to the hacker attack incident carried out by the Wuhan Ansun Technology team exploiting the OKX wallet plugin vulnerability, OKX Star posted on the X platform stating that the OKX wallet security team has completed its investigation. The original description labeling it as an "OKX wallet vulnerability" is inaccurate. Two points need clarification:
1. This incident is not a security vulnerability of the OKX Web3 wallet. The attack method involved hackers controlling the user's device through Trojan software, then stealing locally stored encrypted files and passwords by tampering with webpage JS code to implant hooks, or monitoring keyboard input.
2. The OKX Web3 wallet is a 100% self-custodial wallet. Private keys and passwords exist only on the user's own device; OKX cannot access or control user assets. However, if the user's device itself has been compromised by hackers, then no wallet—including MetaMask—can guarantee security. This is akin to a thief being able to operate your computer and see all your keyboard inputs.
User device security remains a crucial part of the self-custody system. Users are advised to avoid installing software or plugins from unknown sources, regularly check device security, and properly protect their mnemonic phrases and private keys.

Svmuu News: U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Commissioner Hester M. Peirce stated in an article that research has been initiated on an "innovation exemption" plan for tokenized securities, which would allow limited trading and technical experimentation for certain tokenized securities. This exemption plan would be more cautious than the industry-proposed "blanket exemption." She believes it is necessary to explore whether different models of tokenized securities should be allowed for experimentation within the innovation exemption framework and to consider whether issuer consent is required for third parties to issue tokenized versions of their stocks, aiming to promote technological innovation while avoiding regulatory arbitrage and maintaining core investor protection mechanisms.
Hester M. Peirce also emphasized that regulators should not excessively intervene in private capital allocation. The SEC is currently evaluating several key issues, including: whether the existing disclosure system adequately covers the ownership structure of tokenized securities; the disclosure obligations of brokers and clearing agencies in the issuance of tokenized securities interests; the compatibility of atomic settlement with the current T+1 settlement rules; and the applicability of regulatory authority in structures with no intermediaries or new types of intermediaries.

Svmuu News: Bithumb is facing sanctions for violating South Korea's "Specific Financial Transaction Information Act." South Korea's financial regulator plans to convene an Anti-Money Laundering Sanctions Review Committee on March 16 to make a final decision on the penalty. It is reported that the Korea Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) has issued a preliminary notice to Bithumb, proposing sanctions for its failure to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. The proposed sanctions include a six-month partial suspension of business operations and a warning to the CEO. This penalty is more severe than the one previously imposed on Upbit, which involved a three-month partial suspension and a fine of 35.2 billion won. Industry observers anticipate that Bithumb's fine may exceed Upbit's, reaching approximately 37 billion won. The penalty amount will be determined based on the number of unreported overseas exchange transactions. Previously, Upbit was fined 35.2 billion won for failing to report 44,900 transactions, while Korbit, with only 19 unreported transactions, received a fine of 2.7 billion won and an institutional warning. According to the enforcement rules of the Specific Financial Transactions Act, if a violation recurs within three years, the fine can be increased by 10% on top of the original amount. This provision may also affect Bithumb's final penalty. (News1)

Svmuu reported that 10x Research posted on X platform, stating that its quantitative model has shown the strongest altcoin buy signal since October 2025, with Bittensor (TAO) performing particularly well. Its price has currently broken above the 7-day and 30-day moving averages, surging approximately 38.6% in just one week. Analysis suggests this rally is partly driven by news of Nvidia's plan to launch the open-source autonomous AI agent platform NemoClaw, while the completion of a $5 million funding round by AI computing network ecosystem company General Tensor has further boosted market sentiment. Bittensor network's recent transition to a Nominated Proof of Stake (NPoS) mechanism is seen as enhancing network operational efficiency. As institutional funds begin to pay more attention to exposure to "productive" AI infrastructure, trading volume for AI sector tokens has also seen a significant increase.

Svmuu News Financial technology company Mega Matrix's Executive Vice President of Capital Markets, Colin Butler, stated that regulatory uncertainty surrounding stablecoins could put traditional banks at a greater disadvantage compared to crypto companies. He pointed out that many banks have invested significant capital in building digital asset infrastructure. However, until regulations clarify whether stablecoins will be treated as deposits, securities, or independent payment instruments, boards and compliance departments find it difficult to approve full-scale deployment. Currently, several major banks have initiated related initiatives, such as JPMorgan Chase's Onyx blockchain payment network, BNY Mellon's digital asset custody services, and Citigroup's testing of tokenized deposits. But Butler noted that regulatory ambiguity limits the scalable application of these investments, whereas crypto companies, having long operated in a gray regulatory environment, possess stronger adaptability.
Furthermore, the yield gap between stablecoin platforms and bank deposits could also drive capital migration. Butler mentioned that most trading platforms offer yields of around 4% to 5% on stablecoin balances, while the average U.S. savings account yield is below 0.5%. Capital tends to flow rapidly when higher yields appear. Butler also warned that if regulators restrict stablecoin yields, it might push capital towards structures with fewer regulations, such as synthetic dollar tokens like USDe that generate yield through derivative strategies, thereby directing capital to less transparent offshore markets.
Sygnum's Chief Investment Officer, Fabian Dori, believes that although the competitive gap between banks and crypto platforms is widening, the possibility of large-scale deposit outflows in the short term remains limited. However, he noted that once stablecoins are perceived as yield-generating digital cash, bank deposits will face more pronounced competitive pressure. (Cointelegraph)

The Qatar index declined by 0.5%, with Qatar National Bank, the region's largest lender by assets, down 1.3%. Bahrain's benchmark index fell 0.3%, while Oman's benchmark index dropped 0.4%. Additionally, three sources familiar with the matter stated that the Trump administration has rejected efforts by Middle Eastern allies to initiate diplomatic negotiations aimed at ending the war between the U.S.-Israel and Iran. Trump has also called on allies to deploy naval vessels to help secure the Strait of Hormuz, which is crucial to global energy supplies. (Jin10)

According to Andrei Grachev, Managing Partner of crypto market maker DWF Labs, the "Altseason" driven by overall crypto market rallies is becoming a thing of the past. Factors such as the explosive growth in the number of tokens, limited participant scale, and liquidity absorption by crypto ETFs are reshaping the market structure. Currently, institutional funds are more inclined to allocate to Bitcoin, Ethereum, and tokenized real-world assets (RWA), further diverting attention and capital away from altcoins. In the future, the market will experience shorter narrative cycles and more intense sector rotations. A large number of mid-to-long-tail tokens will increasingly resemble high-risk venture capital or "casino-style" assets, making it difficult to sustain solely through hype. Data shows that over the past 13 months, the altcoin market has seen a cumulative outflow exceeding $209 billion, with approximately 38% of altcoins currently trading near their historical lows. Svmuu News The U.S. Department of Energy has issued a solicitation for the allocation of crude oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve. The first batch of 86 million barrels of crude oil is expected to begin entering the market by the end of next week. According to the document, participating companies are required to return the borrowed crude oil to the U.S. Department of Energy and additionally repay a certain quantity of crude oil as a premium. The document states that this approach can both replenish the U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve and stabilize the market. The U.S. government also indicated plans to replenish approximately 200 million barrels of strategic petroleum reserves over the next year to safeguard U.S. energy security. Data from the U.S. Energy Information Administration shows that as of the 6th of this month, the U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve stood at 415.4 million barrels.

Svmuu News: In response to U.S. President Trump's recent social media post calling for multiple countries to dispatch warships to escort vessels through the Strait of Hormuz, four nations—France, Japan, South Korea, and the United Kingdom—have issued responses. According to Al Jazeera, France stated it will not send ships. An account associated with the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs posted on social platform X, saying, "No, the French aircraft carrier and its battle group will remain in the Eastern Mediterranean." Japanese officials told local media that Japan would not dispatch ships merely because of Trump's call, adding that "Japan decides its own response, and independent judgment is crucial." The South Korean presidential office stated on the 15th that it would carefully consider Trump's call and maintain "close communication" with the U.S. side. A spokesperson for the UK Ministry of Defence commented on the related call to American media, stating that the UK is "currently discussing a range of options with our allies and partners to ensure the security of shipping in the region." Al Jazeera noted that the above responses indicate that, so far, no country has publicly endorsed Trump's call. (Global Times)

Svmuu News The "1011 Insider Whale" agent Garrett Jin posted, stating that the closure of the Strait of Hormuz has entered its 16th day. Since February 27th, oil prices have accumulated a gain of approximately 45%, with Brent crude oil prices rising above $103. Currently, there are still no signs of a ceasefire. The Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) may only be able to cover about 12% to 15% of the supply gap. The recommended near-term trading strategy is to be bullish on crude oil and reduce stock exposure, especially assets in energy net-importing economies such as Japan, South Korea, and Europe. Simultaneously, in an environment where interest rates, the US dollar, and oil prices are all rising, overall market liquidity is tightening. Investors should maintain cash positions, shorten duration, and remain vigilant.
