CELL is the utility token of Cellana Finance, a community-owned decentralized exchange (DEX) on the Aptos network designed to drive DeFi growth through a sustainable liquidity incentive model.The platform is the first DEX to implement the Ve(3,3) model in the Move language, allowing veCELL holders to influence token emissions through voting.
How is CELL traded?
CELL tokens are primarily traded on decentralized exchanges (DEXs). The trading process typically involves the following steps:
- Obtain the base token: Since the CELL token may not have direct fiat trading pairs, users typically need to first purchase other major cryptocurrencies, such as USDT, USDC, or APT, to serve as the base token for the trading pair.
- Select a decentralized exchange: Visit a decentralized exchange that supports CELL token trading.
- Connect your wallet: Connect your Web3 wallet (such as MetaMask or another wallet compatible with the Aptos network) to the DEX platform.
- Find a trading pair: Search for a CELL trading pair on the DEX, such as APT/CELL.
- Execute the trade: Enter the amount of CELL you wish to trade, review the trade details (including the slippage settings), and then approve the transaction in your wallet.
In addition, some centralized exchanges (CEXs) may list the CELL token in the future. According to Cellana Finance’s roadmap, they plan to list on CEXs in the second quarter of 2024 and on top-tier CEXs in the fourth quarter of 2024.

Currently, the Cellana Finance (CELL) token is primarily traded on its own decentralized exchange, Cellana Finance. Cellana Finance itself is a decentralized exchange that offers a variety of trading pairs.
According to CoinGecko data, Cellana Finance is the most popular exchange for buying and trading the CELL token, with APT/CELL being the most active trading pair. As of March 31, 2026, some active markets on Cellana Exchange include trading pairs such as stAPT/zUSDC, wUSDC/zUSDT, amAPT/APT, and CELL/APT.
It is important to note that platforms such as Coinbase, and others do not currently support direct trading of the Cellana Finance (CELL) token. Some tokens named “CELL” may refer to other projects, such as Cellframe (CELL) or Celsius Network (CEL), which are traded on platforms like MEXC Global, Gate.io, BitMart, LATOKEN,Bitget Wallet, as well as exchanges such as FTX, Bitstamp, Huobi, OKX, Bitfinex, and Bittrex.
