Biconomy Exchange Token (BIT) Overview

The Biconomy Exchange Token (BIT) is the native token of the cryptocurrency exchange Biconomy.com and is a distinct entity from the BICO token of the Biconomy protocol. As a BEP20-standard decentralized digital asset built on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC), BIT plays a central role within its ecosystem.

Token Issuance and Circulating Supply

The total supply of BIT is set at 1,000,000,000,000 (i.e., 1 trillion). As of October 25–26, 2026, its circulating supply was approximately 270.059 billion BIT. The token distribution model is designed to support the ecosystem’s long-term development and market liquidity:

  • Liquidity Mining Pools: 64%, primarily used to supply liquidity to decentralized exchanges (DEXs) and centralized exchanges (CEXs).
  • Technical Team: 20%. Of this portion, 5% will be unlocked one year after launch, and the remainder will be gradually released over four years.
  • Early Investors: 10%. Of this, 5% will be unlocked 6 months after the token issuance, and the remaining 5% will be unlocked 12 months later.
  • Marketing: 6%; these tokens have no lock-up period.

BIT Token Economic Model and Use Cases

The BIT token is not only a store of value on the Biconomy.com exchange but also incorporates various practical functions and a deflationary mechanism:

  • Trading Fee Discounts: BIT holders can enjoy discounted trading fees on the Biconomy.com exchange.
  • VIP Status Purchase: Users can use BIT to purchase VIP status on the exchange, unlocking additional exclusive benefits.
  • Governance Participation: Holders have the opportunity to vote on decisions regarding the exchange’s future development.
  • Seasonal Buyback Rewards: The platform conducts regular token buybacks and provides rewards to BIT holders.
  • Exchange for Other Cryptocurrencies: BIT can be exchanged for other digital assets on supported trading platforms.

To maintain the token’s value and scarcity, BIT employs a deflationary model.A 6% tax is levied on every BIT transaction, and these proceeds will be used to burn tokens. Additionally, 50% of the trading fee revenue from the Biconomy.com exchange will also be used to repurchase and burn BIT tokens, further reducing the total supply in the market.
