On January 3 local time, Ukrainian President Zelenskyy stated at a press conference that he is not currently considering replacing Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Serhiyev. The restructuring of the military will take place after the restructuring of the law enforcement system, the Ministry of Defense, and the Cabinet of Ministers is completed. On the same day, Zelenskyy met with Ukraine’s First Deputy Foreign Minister Kyslytsya. Zelenskyy announced that Kyslytsya would be appointed First Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine and would continue to participate in the negotiation process.
