Hong Kong Delin Securities has been approved to provide virtual asset trading services
Delin Holdings (01709.HK) announced that on December 29, 2025, Delin Securities (Hong Kong) Limited (“Delin Securities”), a 70%-owned subsidiary of the Company, received conditional approval from the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong to provide virtual asset trading services under an omnibus account arrangement, subject to Delin Securities accepting certain conditions attached to its existing Type 1 (Securities Dealing) regulated activity license. On December 29, 2025, Delin Securities accepted the aforementioned conditions and will commence virtual asset trading services upon receiving formal approval from the SFC. The Company is committed to advancing the upgrade of Delin Securities’ Type 4 (Advising on Securities) regulated activity license. The SFC is currently conducting its final review, and the Company will make an appropriate announcement upon receiving the relevant approval from the SFC.
