U.S. Vice President Vance says someone tried to break into his home
On January 5 local time, U.S. Vice President Vance stated that someone had attempted to break into his home in Cincinnati, Ohio. That same day, the U.S. Secret Service announced that it had detained a man who had smashed a window at Vance’s Ohio residence and attempted to break in. Vance and his family were not at home at the time. In a statement, the U.S. Secret Service said that shortly after midnight on the 4th, Secret Service agents stationed at Vance’s residence in Cincinnati detained the man, whose name has not yet been released.
