Shanghai Weimob Enterprise Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Group, and Shanghai Lazada Information Technology Co., Ltd., the operating entity of the Taobao Flash Sale platform, recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two parties will engage in multi-dimensional business cooperation and exploration within their shared industries, including but not limited to: interconnecting merchant solutions and jointly building an instant retail ecosystem; public-private partnerships, membership integration, and one-stop marketing upgrades; and joint innovation, exploring collaborative development in areas such as enterprise-level customer acquisition, AI, and data operations.
