This oil will be sold at market prices, and I will oversee the proceeds to ensure they are used for the benefit of the Venezuelan and American people.I have instructed Energy Secretary Wright to implement this plan immediately. The oil will be transported by tankers and delivered directly to unloading terminals in the United States.
