The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has issued the "Action Plan for the Integration and Empowerment of the Industrial Internet and Artificial Intelligence." The goal is to significantly enhance the level of integration and empowerment between the industrial internet and artificial intelligence by 2028. The scale of new industrial networks capable of meeting the high-throughput, low-latency, high-reliability, and low-jitter communication requirements of industrial AI applications will continue to expand. Deployment and application will accelerate in industrial enterprises across key sectors such as raw materials, equipment manufacturing, consumer goods, and electronics and information technology, driving no fewer than 50,000 enterprises to implement upgrades to new industrial networks. The system for the aggregation, governance, circulation, and sharing of industrial data will be continuously improved, with a series of high-quality datasets created across 20 key industries. Focusing on critical links and typical scenarios within key industrial chains, a group of intelligent solution providers will be cultivated to effectively promote the coordinated upgrading of large, medium, and small enterprises. Key resources, including leading enterprises, technological products, and public services, will be efficiently allocated.
