CIMC Group: The sale of a property project by an associate company is expected to reduce the Group’s 2025 net profit attributable to shareholders by approximately RMB 1.08 billion.
CIMC Group (02039.HK) announced that, through its wholly-owned subsidiary CIMC Shenfa Construction Industrial Co., Ltd., it holds a 45.92% equity interest in Shenzhen CIMC Urban-Industrial Development Group Co., Ltd. CIMC Urban-Industrial recently sold its property project, the East Tower of the Qianhai CIMC International Business Center, in a single transaction for a contract value of approximately RMB 2.534 billion. Based on preliminary estimates, this transaction is expected to indirectly reduce CIMC Group’s 2025 net profit attributable to shareholders by approximately RMB 1.08 billion.
