New Hope Dairy Co., Ltd. has issued an announcement regarding the implementation of its 2025 interim profit distribution. The Company’s 2025 interim profit distribution plan will be implemented with an unchanged distribution ratio per share: based on the total issued share capital as of the record date for the equity distribution, a cash dividend of RMB 0.70 per 10 shares will be paid to all shareholders; After tax deductions, Hong Kong market investors holding shares through the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect, QFIIs, RQFIIs, as well as individuals and securities investment funds holding pre-IPO restricted shares, will receive a cash dividend of RMB 0.63 per 10 shares.
