Curve Finance: PancakeSwap Allegedly "Used" Code Without Permission
Svmuu News: Curve Finance posted on X stating that PancakeSwap appears to have used Curve’s code without permission, in violation of its open-source license agreement. Curve Finance stated that such behavior is not only illegal but has historically proven to be unwise in other respects as well. Curve Finance also noted that if PancakeSwap wishes to legally use its Stableswap feature and adopt its security practices to safeguard user funds, it may still reach out through licensing or partnership channels.
