DAO infrastructure provider Tally announces shutdown
Svmuu News DAO infrastructure provider Tally has announced its closure. The platform had been operational for six years. Its CEO, Dennison Bertram, stated that the strict regulatory environment under the Biden administration, driven by SEC Chairman Gary Gensler, previously encouraged projects to adopt DAO-based decentralized governance to mitigate legal risks. However, the current regulatory environment has become more relaxed, making DAO governance no longer a necessary choice, thereby diminishing the demand for governance tools. (CoinDesk)
