This toolkit allows users verified by World to authorize their World ID to AI agents, enabling these AI agents to prove they are "backed by a real human while protecting privacy" on websites and platforms. World ID is a set of cryptographic mechanisms that can verify a user's unique identity. Through AgentKit, a user's autonomous AI agent can demonstrate its authenticity to platforms when performing actions such as making payments or accessing services. The x402 protocol, developed by Coinbase, is designed for AI agent payments and transactions. Its V2 version has already processed over 100 million payments since its release. (The Block)
