Japan's Financial Services Agency Warns KuCoin and Other Companies for Offering Unregistered Derivatives Trading

The FSA indicated that the aforementioned companies received relevant notices in March, with KuCoin being listed as a platform providing services to Japanese users. Previously, Japanese regulators issued similar warnings to exchanges including KuCoin and Bybit in November 2024, and requested Apple and Google to suspend downloads of the KuCoin app in February 2025.
