Svmuu News Lista DAO launched the Dow E-Commerce Financing RWA Vault from Dow Protocol today. This Vault is an RWA platform built upon the capabilities of HSBC's Dowsure e-commerce financing company, with a 90-day term and a current APY reported at 10%. The Vault is backed by the accounts receivable and repayment cash flows of merchants on mature, globally leading e-commerce platforms, providing them with working capital advance services.
It is reported that merchant repayment discipline is jointly ensured by two core mechanisms: first, an automated repayment service routing mechanism in cooperation with the E-Commerce platform, used to prioritize the collection of merchant repayments and automatically deduct principal and interest as agreed; second, a dual-lock account control mechanism, used to restrict changes to the repayment path, verify control over the repayment account, and support the implementation of corresponding protective measures in the event of overdue payments or defaults.
The Vault maps not to a yield structure that merely stays at the level of on-chain incentives, but to a cash flow system that has been operating long-term and proven in the real commercial world.
