Araghchi stated that the current situation is entirely a result of military actions initiated by the US and Israel against Iran. Araghchi expressed that, according to international law, all countries have an obligation to prevent other nations from using their territory to carry out military actions against other states, and he hopes that regional countries can jointly promote peace and security.
