Svmuu News SOL Strategies, a Solana treasury company, has officially announced the execution of a definitive acquisition agreement with Darklake Labs, a Solana-native zero-knowledge technology company. The total transaction value is approximately $1.2 million, with about $1 million to be paid in the company's common stock. Following the completion of the acquisition, Darklake's founding team will join SOL Strategies. This team includes former Meta/IBM engineer Vitor Py Braga, former Coinbase compliance executive Amber Hales, and ZK research lead Tiago Alves, who will work to advance privacy technology development within the Solana ecosystem.
It is reported that Darklake has developed a dynamic zero-knowledge proof system for the Solana chain called Zyga, which enables private transaction execution and helps prevent front-running and sandwich attacks. The team secured second place in the DeFi track of the Solana Radar Global Hackathon, joined the Colosseum accelerator, maintains academic collaborations with two Brazilian universities, and is currently in the process of filing patents.
