Iranian media reveals potential memorandum of understanding: dual deadline negotiations, oil sanctions relief, Lebanon ceasefire

The memorandum emphasizes ending wars on all fronts, including in Lebanon. According to the memorandum, Israel must end its war in Lebanon. The agreement will set a 30-day deadline for processing procedures related to the Strait of Hormuz and ending the blockade. A 60-day deadline will be set for nuclear negotiations.
