On the eve of SpaceX's IPO, Rocket Lab (RKLB) insiders cashed out over $18.41 million in stock
Svmuu reported that, according to Barron's, ahead of the SpaceX IPO, insiders at Rocket Lab collectively sold over 124,000 shares, cashing out more than $18.41 million. This included the company's General Counsel, Arjun Kampani; Vice President of its Space Systems division, Brad Clevenger; COO Frank Klein; and Alex Slusky, head of Vector Capital, the SPAC that facilitated the company's listing. The stock had surged previously due to industry optimism fueled by SpaceX's rising valuation. This Monday, Rocket Lab's (RKLB) shares fell as much as 15% to $122.39.
