Svmuu, According to reports, FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried’s appeal to overturn his 25-year prison sentence has been rejected. The appeals court upheld the original verdict, ruling that the trial proceedings and sentencing contained no legal errors sufficient to overturn the judgment. Sam Bankman-Fried was previously convicted of misappropriating FTX customer funds and related fraudulent activities, and was sentenced to 25 years in prison in 2024.
