Svmuu News: Iran’s “Persian Gulf Strait Authority” stated that, in light of the signing of the Iran-U.S. Memorandum of Understanding and directives from the relevant authorities, vessels that submit transit applications within the announced timeframe, in accordance with the prescribed requirements, and meet the relevant conditions will be granted passage through the Strait of Hormuz. According to transit requirements, applications for vessel transit must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to arrival in the Strait of Hormuz area.
