Adam Crisafulli, an analyst at Vital Knowledge, also stated that the IPO delay could slow the overall expansion of AI infrastructure spending.
In the chip sector, Philadelphia Semiconductor Index-related stocks came under pressure, with ON Semiconductor falling more than 13% following its acquisition of Synaptics.Micron Technology and SanDisk both fell more than 5%.
