Svmuu News Ethereum Layer 2 project Taiko announced that its fix has passed review by independent security experts, and the mainnet will resume operations in four steps, including: deploying the fix and verifying the correct final state of the chain to ensure there are no forged checkpoints or that records submitted by attackers are not accepted;replenishing liquidity in the cross-chain bridge to ensure all L2 assets maintain a 1:1 reserve; resuming network operations and reopening L2 transfer, exchange, and trading functions; and having the Security Committee propose lifting the suspension of the cross-chain bridge to fully restore asset inflows and outflows.
Taiko stated that relatively conservative withdrawal limits will be implemented during the initial reopening phase as an additional security measure, but this is not expected to impact users’ normal asset operations.
