Svmuu News, June 30: To assist users affected by the recent earthquake in Venezuela, Binance Charity (Binance Charity) announced that it will donate a total of 3 million USDT in token vouchers to eligible Binance users and implement a 7-day fee waiver for C2C transactions and Binance merchant transactions to help users in the affected areas cope with their current difficulties.
Eligible users will be identified based on their Proof of Address (POA) and eKYC identity verification completed by June 26, 2026. Eligible regions include the hardest-hit areas of La Guaira, Distrito Capital, Miranda,Aragua, Carabobo, Falcón, and Yaracuy. Eligible users will receive the corresponding funds within 30 days of completing their POA.
In addition, Binance will introduce fee waivers for services commonly used by Venezuelan users.All transaction fees for VES-denominated C2C transactions will be waived for a period of 7 days starting today. At the same time, all merchants in Venezuela that accept Binance as a payment method will have their Binance merchant transaction fees waived starting today. These promotions will run until July 2, 2026, local time.
