He also published a Substack article promoting HYPE; a few days later, Arthur Hayes sold all three tokens. Subsequently, Arthur Hayes promoted WLD and posted, “This shitcoin is going to moon”; three days later, Arthur Hayes announced, “I’m out.” After that, Arthur Hayes promoted CARDS and set a price target of $4; one day later, an associated wallet deposited 1.9 million CARDS into an exchange. In 2024, Arthur Hayes promoted ENA and, about an hour later, deposited $8.4 million worth of ENA into a centralized exchange (CEX).
Specter noted that Arthur Hayes’ BitMine has also been accused of operating an insider trading division, price manipulation, and insider trading. Arthur Hayes is currently promoting SYN.
