Svmuu News: A Fox Business crypto reporter posted on X that, following recent ongoing discussions regarding Section 604—the Blockchain Regulatory Certainty Act—the Major County Sheriffs of America has shifted its stance on the Clarity Act to “neutral.” In a letter to the leadership of the Senate Banking Committee, the MCSA stated that, based on its ongoing review of the bill, there is still an opportunity to further strengthen the legislation in a way that supports responsible innovation and meets the practical needs of state and local law enforcement.
