Svmuu News: The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps of Iran issued a statement saying that the United States has once again resorted to its habitual practice of breaking its word; early this morning, U.S. forces launched airstrikes against several coastal bases and civilian facilities in Hormozgan Province and the coastal areas of Mahshahr, in flagrant violation of the ceasefire agreement and in defiance of the the “Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding.”
As an initial response to this aggression, the IRGC Navy and Aerospace Force carried out a joint missile and drone operation, destroying 85 key U.S. military facilities located at Port Salman, the U.S. Fifth Fleet base in Bahrain, and the Ali Salim Air Base in Kuwait. At the same time, an enemy MQ-9 drone attempting to interfere with the operation was shot down. (Jin Shi)
